We are open to working with public institutions, international organizations, civil society organizations, companies, foundations and the media. This page sets out plainly what we offer and how a partnership begins.
Everything below is live today and open to inspection on this website.
An active association registered with the Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye. Our registry, MERSIS and tax numbers are published on the Transparency page.
Our profile was accepted into the civil society database of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) on 21 October 2026. This acceptance is not an accreditation or ECOSOC consultative status.
A crisis tracking platform on web and mobile, updated daily from sources such as GDACS, the joint disaster alert system of the UN and the European Commission.
An open protocol that carries emergency calls from phone to phone when the network fails, which disaster management agencies can review and adopt in their own systems.
A network where volunteers register with their expertise in health, search and rescue, logistics, psychology, translation, technology and law.

The association is subject to the Law on Associations of the Republic of Türkiye. Partnerships with organizations abroad and any support received from abroad are carried out in line with the notification and authorization procedures required by law. We do not engage in political activity, and our aid makes no distinction of race, religion, language or political opinion.
