Whatever we do, we do openly
What sets our association apart is transparency. There is no secrecy in pursuing our aims: our donors, partners, sponsors and members know everything we do.

International registrations
A profile in this database does not constitute accreditation with the United Nations or ECOSOC consultative status. We state this plainly because we do not wish to imply a status we do not hold.
Our governing bodies
Article 6 of our bylaws lists the association's governing bodies. Elected members are reported to the civil administration within thirty days of the general assembly.
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body, composed of registered members. It convenes every three years in September (bylaws art. 7).
Board of Directors
Five full and five substitute members. Represents the association, manages income and expenditure, prepares the budget (bylaws art. 10).
Audit Board
Three full and three substitute members. Audits the books and accounts at least annually and reports to the general assembly (bylaws art. 11).
Board decisions register
The number, date and subject of our decisions are published here. We do not hide when a decision was later corrected — a board recording its own error is proof of transparency.
Decision summaries are being prepared.
This list does not replace the certified decision book. Full texts are not published because they contain personal data and banking authorisation details; the book itself is presented to the authorities entitled to inspect it.
Financial transparency
We currently accept no donations through any channel, so there are no financial movements to publish. Donations will begin once a bank account has been opened in the association's own legal name and official receipts have been printed.
Once we begin receiving income, we will publish:
- ·Total income and expenditure, itemised
- ·Year-end Operating Account Statement
- ·The annual association declaration filed with the civil administration
- ·Audit Board report
- ·General assembly result notice and activity report
The limit of transparency
Transparency does not extend to personal data. We state plainly what we publish and what we do not — because hiding the existence of a limit is itself a form of secrecy.
We publish
- All of our registration details and a verification link
- Our bylaws, registration certificate and corporate documents
- The names and roles of our board members
- The decisions register — including corrections
- Financial statements, declarations and audit reports
We do not publish
- Identity numbers, home addresses and phone numbers — including our own board
- Donor identity — never listed without explicit consent
- The membership list
- Details of banking authorisations
- Identifying information about the people we assist
The banking exception is not a technicality but a security measure: publishing who is solely authorised together with an account number creates an opening for fraud.
